We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate midwife to join our team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Band 6 community midwife, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients throughout their pregnancy journey, providing continuous care and support.

About the Role

This is a permanent contract, working approximately 5 hours/week, which offers an excellent balance of work and personal life. You will be part of a welcoming and supportive team of midwives, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • A Diploma in Midwifery or equivalent qualification, with Active UK NMC registration
