About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Career Development team as an Apprentice Career Development Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the development of our apprentices and contribute to the success of our Skills Academy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Career Development team, including coordinating apprenticeship end-point assessments and monitoring apprentice progress.
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries related to apprenticeships, work experience, and pre-employment programmes.
  • Support the recruitment process for apprentices, including booking interviews and sending funding forms to successful applicants.
  • Update the Skills Academy social media accounts and internet/intranet web pages, creating engaging content using online design tools.
  • Maintain computerized filing systems and produce minutes associated with meetings, following up on action points.

Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with:

  • 4 GCSEs at C/4 or above (ideally including Maths and English).
  • IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
