Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers in planning and delivering engaging activities that inspire curiosity and creativity in children aged 3-5
  • Developing social, emotional, and physical skills through play-based learning and exploration
  • Contributing to creating a vibrant and stimulating classroom environment that promotes happiness and engagement
  • Providing tailored support for children, ensuring their unique needs are met and they thrive academically and socially
  • Fostering positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for early years education, with a focus on working with children aged 3-5
  • Patience, empathy, and creativity, with excellent communication skills
  • Experience or qualifications in Early Years Education (EYFS) is desirable
