Senior Compliance Manager Opportunity

InterQuest Group is supporting a mid-tier financial services firm in identifying a Senior Compliance Manager to join the firm on a permanent basis. This exciting opportunity would see the successful candidate join the business as a generalist, supporting across monitoring, advisory, and reporting.

The role would report directly into the Head of Compliance and would present the opportunity to play an integral part of the firm's growth alongside managing risks from a regulatory compliance perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on thematic reviews for the business alongside horizon scanning
  • Support with MI reporting across compliance and governance
  • Lead of committees as the compliance representative
  • Play a key part in review of financial promotions

Requirements:

  • A good knowledge of the FCA handbook
  • Strong knowledge of MCOBS
  • Experience working within lending or financial services
  • Working knowledge of consumer duty

This would be a role based in Sheffield with strong flexible working and an opportunity to gain excellent experience with breadth across different areas of compliance.
