We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paraplanner to join our team at Stratton Wealth Management. As a Senior Paraplanner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning advice to our high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse clients' current financial positions and develop strategies to meet their needs and objectives.
- Deliver well-structured and concisely written suitability reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the administration team, advisers, and key stakeholders to deliver the highest quality of advice.
- Build relationships with clients, product providers, and investment managers to ensure the efficient management of client investment portfolios.
- Carry out research and analysis, annual review analysis and reporting, mentoring/training/support of paraplanners, and obtain illustrations, cash flow modelling, quotes, and supporting literature.
- Manage and update our back-office data.
- CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in dealing with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Strong analytical skills, specifically analysing financial records and providing technical commentary.
- Working knowledge of office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and back-office systems.
- Ability to work additional hours if required, subject to prior agreement.
- Competitive annual salary.
- ~33 days holiday, including bank holidays.
- ~ Employer pension contributions of 3%.
