Job Title: Mechatronic Engineering Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mechatronic Engineer to join our Learning and Development team as a full-time tutor. As part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting and mentoring apprentices in the development of their knowledge, skills, and behaviours throughout the apprenticeship programme.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechatronic Engineering and a passion for teaching and learning. You will be part of a supportive and inclusive team culture that provides ongoing learning and development opportunities with regular CPD sessions.

Your Responsibilities:
* Support and mentor apprentices in the development of their knowledge, skills, and behaviours
* Deliver Level 2 to Level 4 Engineering courses
* Hold a relevant teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards one
* Have up-to-date knowledge and experience in the Engineering industry or graduated in Engineering
* Be flexible and self-motivated with a passion for learner achievement and a commitment to quality
