About The Role

This exciting HR Advisor position offers the opportunity to work with a leading HR and Employment Law services provider. As part of a dynamic team, you will provide expert advice to clients across various sectors, helping them navigate complex HR issues.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent employment law knowledge, either through studies or working experience.
  • A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in the workplace is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a KPI/target-driven environment, ideally in a shared service centre, would be highly desirable.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing quality advice to clients in a productive manner, ensuring efficient solutions based on their needs.
  • Receiving and responding to client inquiries on HR-related matters, including absence management, grievances, and disciplinaries.
  • Developing clear answers to client queries using your expert HR and employment law knowledge.
  • Reviewing client documentation and providing advice accordingly, taking into account applicable internal terms and conditions.
  • Ensuring that all requests for advice are dealt with within relevant service level agreements (SLAs).

The estimated salary for this role is around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
