About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Systems Project Lead to join our team at EC&I Partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead complex projects and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in control and instrumentation (C&I) engineering, with extensive experience in project management, maintenance practices, and process plant operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will also be expected to provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, as well as contribute to the development of new technologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project progress, issues, and lessons learned
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project-related issues
Requirements
  • Degree in Control and Instrumentation or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in C&I engineering, project management, and maintenance practices
  • Strong knowledge of process plant operations, functional safety, and cybersecurity principles
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
