Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our manufacturing team in Wolverhampton, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring production targets are met in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
- Assemble products according to company specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Perform quality checks on finished products and report any defects or issues.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure production targets and deadlines are met, maintaining a fast-paced and efficient work environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with stock management and packing of products, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, meeting production targets and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring high-quality products and efficient processes.
- Physical fitness for manual handling tasks, with the ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by the team.
