We are looking for a skilled Conveyancing Expert to join our team at Lets Recruit Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload, including dealing with Freehold, Leasehold, and unregistered Remortgages. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of the CLC Code of Conduct and other governing regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

The successful candidate will be working within a fast-paced environment, using a case management system to advise on all aspects of the conveyancing process. They will be responsible for management of their own case load, including file reviews, and will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Remortgage Conveyancer with a minimum of 1 year of experience, or someone who has obtained or is working towards obtaining an LLB.

The role also requires the ability to handle own caseload with good IT skills and experience using a case management system, high attention to detail and able to prioritise, and work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment. As a team player, the successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting the Team Leader in managing overall Team capacity reporting and MI requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage own caseload, including dealing with Freehold, Leasehold, and unregistered Remortgages
  • Use a case management system to advise on all aspects of the conveyancing process

  • Assist the Team Leader in managing overall Team capacity reporting and MI requirements

Requirements

  • Experience in Remortgage Conveyancing (minimum 1 year)
  • Thorough knowledge of the CLC Code of Conduct and other governing regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
