HR-CL Limited, a leading contract catering company, is seeking a Banqueting Kitchen Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in events or banqueting, and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Job Summary:

This role involves coordinating banqueting events, preparing menus, and assisting senior chefs in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate banqueting events and menus
  • Assist senior chefs in the kitchen
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation

Salary: £25k - £28k per annum. Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm, straight shifts. Benefits include overtime paid, closed Christmas, off all Bank Holidays, event space for maximum 200 guests, and all food is fresh, seasonal, and local suppliers used.
