Best Start Recruitment Ltd is seeking a seasoned Nursery Manager to lead our dynamic team at our Montessori nursery in Eastcote. This is an exceptional opportunity to share your expertise and passion for Early Years education with a talented group of professionals.
As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our nursery, developing and implementing educational programs, and maintaining outstanding relationships with parents and carers. You will also oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a talented team of early years professionals.
We offer a comprehensive salary package, including a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits that support your career growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of early years professionals
- Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the Montessori method
- Maintain excellent relationships with parents and carers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
