Director of People and Organisational Development

As Director of People and Organisational Development, you will play a key role in ensuring that our strategic goals are achieved through our most valuable asset: our people.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead a dedicated team of approximately 30 professionals across organisational development, equity, people services, and HR data management. Your expertise in managing organisational change, providing expert advice across a wide range of people-related issues, and experience of managing trade unions will be critical in delivering high-quality people services.
