Your expertise will enable you to provide exceptional service to our guests. Your key duties will include:

  • Welcoming late arrival guests and farewelling early departures.
  • Managing daily reconciliations, completing revenue postings, and preparing reports for internal departments.
  • Confirming in-house guest reservation details and ensuring accurate records.
  • Collating departure paperwork and coordinating with the Front Office team.
  • Providing support and supervision to the Front Office team and other departments as needed.
  • Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring a smooth handover of issues between Night Audit and Reception.
  • Maximising guest satisfaction and property safety.
  • Efficiently attending to guest requests to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Key qualifications include:

  • A guest-focused personality is essential, with prior experience an asset.
  • Previous experience working with Opera or similar systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.

Employment Details

No remote work arrangement. Full-time employment.
