About Us

Criterion Capital is a multi-billion-pound family-owned entrepreneurial private property company. Our Asset Management division is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to assist with the day-to-day management of our commercial properties in the West End of London. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and strong administrative skills to undertake compliance processes and record keeping.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in commercial property management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial leases, service charges, insurance, and utilities. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general and detailed property management tasks, updating asset and property management trackers, and ensuring company policies and procedures are applied to required standards. They will also be responsible for utilities management, working with the facilities management team, and overseeing maintenance matters.
