Job Title: Principal AI Data Scientist

Join Harnham's esteemed client, a pioneering Pharma Group, in driving innovation with AI and machine learning to accelerate drug discovery and transform healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the implementation of AI algorithms, focusing on AI/ML techniques and Large Language Models to advance drug discovery.
  • Design and build machine learning models, ensuring high-quality results through proper testing and good coding practices.
  • Collaborate with bioinformaticians, biologists, chemists, and analysts to explore and develop AI/ML tools for data analysis.

Requirements:

  • MSc or PhD in a STEM subject.
  • Proven knowledge of Machine Learning models/LLM Models.
  • MLOPs/DevOps experience in CI/CD.
  • Expertise in large-scale computation and experience using Tensorflow, Kubernetes, MLFlow, Kafka, and Airflow.
  • Excellent communication skills and team engagement.
  • Experience in a research environment and LLMs/(Langchain).
  • Interest in Drug Discovery/Pharma space.
