Role OverviewThe Vice Principal - Head of Business, Finance and Operations is a senior leadership position responsible for providing strategic direction in finance, human resources, and central services. This role is an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team and requires a dynamic and innovative leader who can drive change and improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and development of our schools.
- Lead the human resources function to ensure effective recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Oversee central services, including premises, corporate compliance, and IT, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Provide strategic direction on national business trends and corporate needs to inform organizational decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of leadership experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent financial management skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A validated leadership style that demonstrates impact and effectiveness.
- The ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that drive organizational success.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
