Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for finance? We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Lloyd Barnes Accountancy Recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in credit control with a strong grasp of sales ledger accounting and proficiency in reconciliations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel skills.

As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for pursuing outstanding debts through telephone calls, emails, and correspondence, recording daily customer receipts and managing banking transactions, allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts, and addressing and resolving customer inquiries regarding their accounts.

Additionally, you will generate weekly Aged Debtors reports with detailed commentary, generate Sales invoices and Credit Notes, and collaborate with Directors to assess debts and decide on potential legal actions.
