Job Summary:

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee two high-end commercial building maintenance contracts in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing a team of engineers, and ensuring contractual obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of engineers to deliver high-quality maintenance services to our clients.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction levels are consistently high, leading to contract development and growth.
  • Contractual Compliance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of contracts and ensure contractual levels are obtained and superseded.
  • KPIs and SLAs: Ensure contractually agreed KPIs and SLAs are met, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Strategic Meetings: Attend strategic meetings with clients to discuss contractual and operational matters.
  • Work Order Management: Ensure successful completion of all reactive and PPM works orders, meeting KPIs and SLAs as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Recognised apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing mobile businesses and soft services.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to prioritize and solve problems under pressure.
