Job Summary
  We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Home Delivery Driver to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, work in a fast-paced environment, and be part of a supportive team.

  About the Role
  As a Home Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering shopping to customers' doors, providing a high level of customer service, and building strong relationships with our customers. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other members of our team to ensure seamless delivery operations.

  Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver shopping to customers' doors in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve delivery targets and improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions

  Requirements
  • A current driving licence (held for at least 3 years and have no more than 6 points)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology
