About the Role

As a key member of LT Selection, we are seeking an accomplished Strategic Learning Curriculum Designer to spearhead the creation and implementation of innovative curricula for apprenticeship programs. This position involves strategic planning, collaboration with industry professionals, and leveraging data to drive learning outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and regularly update curricula for apprenticeships in various fields such as Education, Sports, Marketing, and Business Administration.
  • Design and implement instructional methods to enhance student engagement and learning results.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with industry experts to ensure curriculum relevance.
  • Conduct workshops for staff to promote teaching excellence and best practices.
  • Analyze data to refine curriculum strategies and improve learner performance.
  • Integrate digital learning resources to boost accessibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with our team at our Warwickshire office three times a week for strategic planning.

Contract Details

  • Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Location: Warwickshire (office visits required)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on experience
