Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Freight and Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team, you will play a central role in our global business, working closely with multiple stakeholders across Amazon to optimize our supply chains and improve customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a degree and experience in supply chain management, program or project management, and implementing repeatable processes. They will also have knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level and experience working cross-functionally with tech teams.

This is a challenging role that requires problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Champion the development of operational elements of the Amazon Freight Partner, defining best practice and coordinating with program lead and training lead to deliver a best-in-class partner experience.
  2. Increase efficiency and scalability in partner management by implementing account management tools and supporting the development of systems to improve communication and interaction between Amazon and new partners.
  3. Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Access, SQL, or other data management systems.

Amazon's ATS team plays a central role in our success, taking entrepreneurs with little or no transport experience and turning them into the most compliant HGV operators in the transport network.
