Innov8 Synergy is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead our quality and health and safety initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective quality and health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training to employees on quality and health and safety practices, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these issues.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a compliance role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • NEBOSH certification or equivalent experience in health and safety management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
