Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

About the Role:

The Work Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programme. Key responsibilities include prioritizing and scheduling backfill and reinstatement tasks, rescheduling jobs that fall out of programme, managing contract requirements, handling calls, validating each job to ensure required information is available, managing customer and client relationships, and providing an efficient response to operational issues.

Requirements:

  • Good level of education
  • Previous call handling/scheduling experience
  • Ability to operate a computerized database system
  • Good knowledge of office working systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and ability to manage change
