Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and exceeded for intermediaries and customers.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our Credit Policies, lending rules, and appetite.
- Develop and maintain expertise in the Second Charges Market and Specialist Lending Market.
- As a mandate holder, interpret the spirit of the FCA rulebook and drive desired outcomes.
- Ensure accurate information for customers and creditors, promoting good outcomes for AFSL and the consumer.
- Communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders.
- Underwrite loans within mandate, ensuring the highest quality.
About You
- Certified European Mortgage Advisor (CEMAP) qualified.
- Previous experience in a regulated lending environment, preferably in specialist lending.
- Comfortable working to targets and deadlines.
- Analytical and decision-making skills, with a commitment to action.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Team player with a collaborative approach.
