About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage customer bookings, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, promoting our services and products to customers.
  • Host individuals and parties, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks, ensuring high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • Confidence, energy, and a positive attitude, with a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
