Restaurant Crew Member Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Crew Member to join our team at Burger King in Elgin. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is an asset, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
