We are Banana Moon Day Nurseries, a dynamic and caring organization dedicated to providing exceptional childcare services. As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we seek an experienced and adaptable Nursery Bank Staff to join our team.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Skillful Support: Provide skilled support to our nursery teams, utilizing your expertise to deliver top-quality care and education.
- Child Development: Foster child development through engaging activities, encouraging socialization, emotional growth, and cognitive development.
- Community Building: Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents, promoting a sense of belonging and community within the nursery.
- Nutrition and Hygiene: Ensure children receive nutritious meals and maintain a clean and hygienic environment, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, staying up-to-date with the latest childcare best practices and research.
- Experience and Qualifications: Previous experience working with young children and relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Education, are highly desirable.
- Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and engagement with children.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly, covering different shifts and adapting to changing needs within the nursery, ensuring seamless operations.
- Trust and Reliability: Willingness to undergo a DBS check, demonstrating your commitment to providing a safe and trustworthy environment for children.
