Job Title: Anti-Social Behaviour Case Investigation Officer

We are seeking an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Case Investigation Officer to join our team at AWD online. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and investigating complex ASB cases, with a strong understanding of current housing and ASB legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and investigate complex ASB cases, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare witness statements and represent the organisation at court hearings.
  • Work with the in-house legal team to ensure effective case management.
  • Maintain excellent customer service, ensuring that customer care standards are met.
  • Draft and serve NSP's as and when required.
  • Attend multi-agency ASB meetings to discuss case management and community safety.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Police Officer or PCSO/Police Community Support Officer, or in a similar role within the housing sector.
  • Experience in preparing court and legal documents, as well as representing cases in court.
  • Knowledge of current housing and ASB legislation and up-to-date case law.
  • Ability to plan and monitor workload and cases.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience working with a diverse range of customers or residents.
