Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Project Manager to join our team at Talentbank Technology Partners. As an IT Asset Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the organization's software and hardware assets, ensuring that they are properly inventoried, tracked, and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Asset Management: Develop and implement processes to manage the organization's IT assets, including software and hardware, to ensure that they are properly inventoried, tracked, and maintained.
  • Inventory Management: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of the organization's IT assets, including software and hardware.
  • Asset Tracking: Develop and implement processes to track the organization's IT assets, including software and hardware, to ensure that they are properly accounted for and maintained.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the organization's IT assets are properly licensed and compliant with vendor contracts.
  • Procurement: Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize technology spend and ensure that the organization is getting the best value for its IT assets.
  • Configuration Management: Develop and implement processes to manage the organization's IT assets, including software and hardware, to ensure that they are properly configured and maintained.
  • Reporting: Develop and implement reporting processes to provide accurate and timely information on the organization's IT assets, including software and hardware.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT asset management, including experience with IT service management tools and processes.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of IT software and hardware, including experience with IT asset management tools and processes.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
