Dynamic Premium Drinks Business Seeks Digital & E-Commerce Marketing Manager

Fluid Fusion, a leading premium drinks business, is seeking a highly skilled Digital & E-Commerce Marketing Manager to join its dynamic marketing team. This exciting opportunity will see you lead, develop, and deliver the digital marketing and e-commerce strategy across the business, driving growth and success in the UK On and Off Trade.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including website management, social media development, and online marketing activations.
  • Design and execute best-in-class e-commerce marketing plans to grow sales across UK retailers, including e-tailers, online specialists, and leading grocery customers.
  • Build, maintain, and develop a UK Digital Activation Toolkit, ensuring seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage Retail Media Digital Marketing Activation Providers, ensuring effective collaboration and campaign delivery.
  • Work closely with sales teams to build and deploy the perfect e-store presence, driving sales and customer engagement.
  • Plan, manage, and execute flawless, end-to-end individual digital and e-commerce campaign planning, management, and execution.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in drinks or FMCG brands.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience in delivering excellent e-commerce digital activations for national retailers.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, with a focus on consumer brand experience.
  • Established social media development and tracking skills, with a strong analytical mindset and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
