About The Role: We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at The Refectory. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the high standards of food quality, presentation, and service that our customers expect.

Requirements:
">You'll need previous experience in catering and hospitality, along with excellent leadership skills and a positive attitude. You'll work closely with the Head Chef to achieve our culinary goals.
">Salary and Benefits:
">We offer a competitive salary of approximately £34,000 plus tronc (tips) paid into your bank account, as well as a range of benefits including paid overtime, free meals on shift, and 30% discount for you, your friends, and family across B&P and our group.
