Female Assistant Manager

The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Female General Assistant to join our team at JD Gyms. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard, adhering to COSHH regulations and company guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, actively seeking feedback and making improvements to enhance the member experience.
- Record all cleaning duties and tasks on relevant checklists to maintain our company standard.
- Work effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning operation.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a hardworking individual with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for exceeding expectations, and the ability to multitask and work unsupervised. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, and effective communication skills are a must.
