About the Role: We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in the role of HR Advisor-Performance Enabling Functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver best-in-class service across the Performance Enabling functions.
  • Contribute to building organisation and people capability aligned to the wider business strategy.
  • Support the Team's primary objective of consistently being a top three team in the FIA Constructor's Championship.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders within Commercial & Marketing, IT, Finance, Young Driver/Heritage Programme.
  • Support HR Business Partners as required.
  • Manage case management and tracking for employee relations.
  • Develop and coach managers in line with internal policies and HR best practice.
  • Coordinate actions from talent profiling and performance review processes.
  • Support the development of training plans and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to manage business area headcount requirements.
  • Analyse workforce planning data and propose solutions.
  • Support the annual pay review process.
  • Main point of contact for absence management and data analysis.
  • Maintain accurate team member documentation.
  • Support Senior/HR Business Partners with contract changes.
  • Actively contribute to key initiatives.
  • Support recruitment and performance management processes.
