About the Role

This is an existing role within the Markets Operations group, reporting directly to the Global Head of Regulatory Risk, Control Oversight. As a Financial Risk Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assessing root cause issues, developing action plans to remediate or prevent internal concerns, and creating key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Regulators, Internal Audit, Operational Risk Management, Line Control, Compliance, and other functional business partners to drive transformational projects.
  • Lead the team's review of regulatory and control aspects of transformational projects.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators to measure success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A strong audit, risk management, and control mindset.
  • A deep understanding of external and internal best practices, with a balanced and fresh perspective.
