A reputable SEN school in the UK is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic SEN learning support professional to join their complex needs team on a full-time basis. About the Role:
This SEN learning support position involves working closely with qualified teachers and therapists to deliver tailored support to students in various settings, including classrooms, therapy rooms, and outdoor areas. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with students, staff, and parents, while contributing to the design and implementation of personalized education plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one and group support to students with complex needs, using strategies tailored to meet their individual requirements.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement behavior management plans, ensuring students feel safe and supported.
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning, delivery, and assessment, incorporating adaptations to meet students' diverse learning needs.
- Supporting students' physical, emotional, and behavioral needs, including personal care and mobility assistance when required.
What We Offer:
- A salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Requirements:
