Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Lead Swimming Instructor to join our team at Stepping Stones. As a Lead Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years old.

About the Role:

As a Lead Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering swimming lessons to small groups of children, following our established framework.
  • Progressing and developing each child through our swimming program.
  • Assessing children for awards and providing feedback to parents.
  • Communicating with the Stepping Stones office to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A National Governing Body Swimming Teacher Certificate.
  • Experience in teaching swimming to children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A fun and approachable demeanor.
