Job Summary

University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) is seeking adjunct faculty to teach in the Social Work program. As a faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a face-to-face and online environment.

Responsibilities

  • Teach Social Work courses to undergraduate and graduate students
  • Develop and implement course materials and assessments
  • Provide feedback to students and program chair on course effectiveness
  • Participate in faculty training and development programs

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited institution
  • Professional experience in Social Work or related field
  • Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education
