We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in Lincolnshire. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise diverse project aspects, including construction activities, site facilities, and equipment.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction activities on site, including procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Identify project-related issues and oversee their efficient resolution.
  • Manage and provide support and guidance to the groundworks team.
  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring efficient progress and adherence to Health and Safety regulations.
  • Monitor work quality and ensure that construction activities meet specified standards and client expectations.
  • Manage project budgets and expenses, including procurement of materials and equipment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager in the Civil Engineering sector.
  • CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
  • Strong leadership skills, effective time management abilities, and capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledgeable of health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Demonstrated capability in establishing and maintaining relationships, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
