Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Barista to join our team at Gail's. In this role, you will lead our coffee operations, develop our staff, and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for training and developing others, taking charge of the day-to-day operations, and ensuring that our bakeries deliver exceptional specialty coffee.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for coffee, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others. They will be organized, clear in communication, and able to execute tasks effectively. A competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in driving our coffee business forward.
