Master Craftsman

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Craftsman to join our team at Blackgold Excel Ltd. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of production and crafting in a successful tooling/instruments environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the highest levels of quality control and craftsmanship in all aspects of production
• Work collaboratively with a team of production staff to meet deadlines and targets
• Develop and improve existing techniques and processes to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

• Experience of jewellery making, silversmith, goldsmith, or metal production/manufacturing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
