Job Overview

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead and manage our finance team, ensuring compliance, governance, and health and safety standards are met. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and aligning our financial strategy with organizational goals.
  • Delivering robust financial reporting and analysis.
  • Leading the annual audit and preparing statutory accounts.
  • Fostering a collaborative environment within the finance and governance team.
  • BUILDING strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements

We seek a qualified finance professional with senior experience, preferably in a charity or non-profit setting. Essential skills include:

  • Senior finance role experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Expertise in developing long-term financial strategies.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and governance standards.
  • Proficiency in preparing and presenting financial reports.
