About the Job: We are seeking a highly experienced Dispute Resolution Professional to join our team in Ipswich. As a Dispute Resolution Professional, you will be responsible for handling complaints and disputes, while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling complaints and price comparison cases to agreed standards, in compliance with the Code of Conduct.
  • Using your analytical and investigative skills to resolve complaints, providing expert advice when necessary.
  • Proactively contacting investors and managing cases, setting expectations and delivering excellent customer service.

About You: To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as strong analytical and investigative skills. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to share ideas and knowledge. Your ability to establish and maintain relationships with investors, advisors, and the Ombudsman will enable you to resolve complex disputes efficiently.
