Job Description:
The Income and Lease Manager will be responsible for managing income and lease processes to ensure smooth operation of the organization. This includes maintaining accurate records and reports to inform business decisions, building strong relationships with stakeholders to drive results, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- To oversee the management of income and lease processes
- To develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- To provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles
What You'll Need:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in financial management
- Proven track record of improving efficiency and effectiveness
