Job Description for Neighborhood Revitalization Manager

We are seeking an experienced Neighborhood Revitalization Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing neighborhood revitalization projects in Newark Town, working closely with local authorities and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of community development principles and practices, with excellent communication and project management skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of shared goals and objectives.

This is a fixed-term position, lasting 2 years, as it is funded by a grant. The estimated salary range for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage neighborhood revitalization projects in Newark Town, working closely with local authorities and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the town's image and attractions.
  • Monitor project progress and report back to senior management.
