Aerospace Project Manager - Systems Engineering

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 per annum

Matchtech is a global leader in aerospace systems, seeking an experienced Aerospace Project Manager - Systems Engineering to join their team in Wimborne, Dorset. This role will involve leading the delivery of complex aerospace projects, ensuring effective systems engineering practices are implemented.

About the Role
  • Lead the delivery of complex aerospace projects, ensuring effective systems engineering practices are implemented.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to systems engineering teams.
  • Support the development of system architectures, requirements management, and integration/testing for aerospace applications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in aerospace systems engineering.
  • At least 4 years of experience with MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) using SysML.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project deliverables.
  • Master's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience working with complex aerospace systems and managing project risks.
