About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Structural Analysis Engineer to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our Building Structures department, you will be responsible for leading the structural design of projects in diverse sectors and scale, managing a team of engineers and technicians, and attracting clients that share our values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the structural design of projects in diverse sectors and scale, from £5M to £150M.
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians locally, nationally, and internationally to deliver projects to programme, to an excellent standard, and within budget.
  • Attract clients that share our values by building and maintaining excellent client relationships, bid development, and business development activities.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced structural engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality projects. You will have a degree in structural or civil engineering and relevant experience in a variety of sectors, including schools, higher education, residential, commercial, or industrial development.

You will be an effective communicator, both written and verbally, and have experience in planning and monitoring the commercial performance of an engineering consultancy as a business, including contract management.
