Role Overview

This 3-year Finance Graduate Development Programme is designed for ambitious individuals who want to build a career in finance. As a graduate, you will join our finance team and gain exposure to multiple teams across the function, including Financial Services, Commercial, Planning & Reporting, and more.

You will work within the finance function, supporting the creation and protection of the company's future. You will rotate across different teams annually, over a 3-year period, building your financial and working knowledge & experience, while studying towards your CIMA professional qualification.

  • A rotational programme which will support your CIMA qualification, allowing you to develop technical, formal, and soft skills.
  • Up to 11 exam exemptions (depending on your degree discipline) and part of the BBP Apprenticeship Scheme.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000, depending on your location and level of experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, healthcare, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
