About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Track Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Network Rail. As a Track Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and repairing the track network to ensure the railway is safe and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair the track network, including rails, sleepers, and ballast
- Inspect the track network to identify any defects or issues
- Work with a small team to deliver safe and efficient work delivery
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
- Work under pressure in all weather conditions
Requirements
- Proven experience in track maintenance or a related field
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure in all weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and develop skills
