Job Title: Analysis Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Analysis Manager to join our Content Strategy & Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the content acquisition process and strategy at ICE by managing contract reviews & negotiations with key exchange and non-exchange market data providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders on content requirements and strategy.
  • Review, negotiate and process license agreements to ensure broadest content use at the lowest possible price.
  • Negotiate and process amendments to existing exchange and non-exchange market data agreements.
  • Coordinate with Finance on content acquisitions, fee changes and budget forecasting.
  • Manage commercial relationships with market data vendors and exchanges as required.
  • Communicate and interpret rights based on license agreements, exchange policies and other rules, and promote rights management best practices. Communicate as appropriate to internal business lines.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on market data used throughout firm and leverage that knowledge accordingly to shape and support ICE's content strategy.
  • Manage and/or participate in content related projects & initiatives.
  • Participate in industry conferences and workshops

Requirements:

  • Advanced understanding of market data and the financial markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and strong negotiation skills
  • Strong contract administration experience.
  • Relationship management experience.
  • Content Budget Management experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with real time, delayed, end-of-day and historical market data licensing concepts
  • Experience in licensing redistribution, index creation, sustainable finance, and derived data use cases.
  • Prior experience with a market data vendor and/or market data management within a financial institution preferred
